When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each
time a comment is added I get three emails with the same comment.

I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear
your head prior to writing. I've had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out.
I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints?
